Juicy Soul Retreat – March 1

Scroll down to content

It is time for our first Juicy Soul Retreat of 2015 and Julie and I could not be any more excited to lead you through this day.

I am asked quite often “what is this ‘Juicy Soul Retreat’ thing all about?”  Here is my short answer:  It is a day to get away in and immerse yourself in Visual(Art) Journaling.  A whole day dedicated to art, imagery, words and best of all, likeminded “soul sisters” as we create simultaneously in our journals.

This is what we call “living in our journals”.  Julie and I will take participants through a series of prompts (that change each session) to encourage you to try new techniques.  Each session is different because Julie and I are at a different place in our own personal art journey each time we offer the retreat.  Between the two of us we offer years (decades) of art journaling experience.

Expect to find the tables set with everything you need for this full day at your fingertips.  All you need to do is show up! Bring a journal or purchase one here.

Here is what Julie says about our day: “We want to encourage you to make a date with yourself to nurture your creative spirit. The Juicy Soul Retreat is an afternoon of pure creative bliss. We will be showing you techniques that will inspire you to create in your journals and express yourself creatively on every glorious page.  You can begin a new journal or you can continue to build in one of your existing journals. The choice is yours. Our intention is that you spend time in your journal, get inspired to create on a regular basis and explore  techniques that will bring out your unique creative expression. ”

This retreat is for beginners and savvy journal artists alike.

  1. Unfortunately I can’t make this one, but have you set dates for the rest of the year yet? I’d like to put a future date on my calendar!
